Our Team

Jim Interlandi is the founder of Virtual General Counsel and is an experienced corporate attorney with outstanding academic credentials (third in his class, top 20 law school).  Jim represents entrepreneurial business owners as outside general counsel.

Jim brings his depth and breadth of experience to negotiate transactions, develop alliances and work creatively to resolve transactional issues; to provide counsel in financing, corporate, litigation and regulatory legal matters; to protect intellectual property; to manage partners and vendors, and to perform other necessary legal and operational tasks for his clients.

Jim holds a law degree from University of Minnesota Law School.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude, third in a class of 250 students, and served as editor of the Minnesota Law Review.
